We specify the following basic policy and every employee understands and abides by it to manage all personal information owned by our company.

2. Purpose of collecting personal information, use range, deletion, and correction
When we collect personal information, we only do so by reporting the purpose of use and providing an inquiry counter in advance, and we use the information only for the required purpose. Additionally, we only use personal information when the individual consents to the stated purpose. For more details, please refer to the following "Purpose of use of personal information." When the personal information of the customer changes, (ex, address change) or if the customer wishes to delete personal information, our company corrects, updates, or deletes the personal information that has been provided.

3. Provision of personal information to a third party
We do not provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the person. We do not provide personal information to any third party by using the opt-out system. (Paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Act, protection of personal information) However, this may not apply if requested to disclose the personal information by law or by public agencies such as the court or police.
　
4. Disclosure of personal information
We do not disclose personal information to any third party without the consent of the informant. In cases where we consign the processing of personal information to a third party, we require the consignee to sign a contract agreeing not to leak or ask for a resubmission of personal information. In regards to a request for disclosure from the identification of the person, please inquire using the contact details found in section 2 of this policy.
　
5. Security measure
In order to protect the personal information provided by the customer against various threats, we take strict security precautions and review the system continuously to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, destruction, disclosure, or modification of information.
　
6. Continuous improvement of compliance and management system of personal information
We abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information and guidelines established by country, as well as review efforts in the above sections arbitrarily for improvement. If there are any lawful demands from the court, police, consumer information centers, or any other agencies that have the authority, we disclose the information accordingly.
